Why won't Bush go to the U.A.E.?

Our dear president is flying all over the world this week.
While President Bush is busy giving away nuclear tehnology to India, visiting Afghanistan, and Pakistan it makes me ask the question, why not go to the UAE? He is next door to them right now.

If the UAE is such a great ally, why would President Bush blow them off when it seems that they need his support, ASAP?
The White House
"But I also want to repeat something again, and that is, this is a company that has played by the rules, that has been cooperative with the United States, a country that's an ally in the War on Terror, and it would send a terrible signal to friends and allies not to let this transaction go through."
- President Bush, 2/21/06
The U.A.E. gave President Bush the elder $1,000,000.00 for his library, and his son cannot stop by and say "thanks"?
Unannounced, unplanned visits for this president are not that uncommon, he has gone to Iraq on the sly and he just went to Afghanistan this week.
Is the U.A.E. a more dangerous place for our president to be than Afghanistan, India or Pakistan?
Surely the local reaction in the U.A.E. of the President of the United States of America visiting a loyal ally, would be taken to heart as a true showing of their value in the greater War on Terror.
Alas, the chance to stop by and show the American people what a true ally the U.A.E. and all of their citizens are, looks like it is going to pass.
